About Me
I am a veteran of the United States Air Force and have been an active real estate agent in the Panhandle of Florida since 1999, primarily covering the Bay, Washington, Holmes, Calhoun, and Jackson counites. Based on need, I have also worked in the surrounding counties of Gadsden, Gulf, Franklin, Liberty, Walton, and Okaloosa counties.
Century 21 Commander Realty, Inc., has been in business in this area since the 1960’s and I am proud to be a member.
I have been active in my Realtor board serving as a director, Grievance Chair and member, and MLS committee member at different times.

Residential real estate has been my bread and butter, whether it be a single family detached, Single Family attached home, condominium or manufactured home. I have experience in vacant land, raw land used for hunting or farms, or for residential use, and commercial listings.

The real estate downturn of 2007 has increased my exposure to distressed lender real estate owned (REO) properties, and short sales making me proficient in forecloses. This includes property valuations, oversight repair, marketing, financing and purchases. There are many differences between foreclosure and normal resale. There are also differences in new construction sales and resales.

My niche is in listing properties for sale ensuring the best exposure, price valuations and selling potential. The exposure a property has a lot do with the price you get for it and the time it takes to sell.
