I am a member of the Bay County Association of REALTORS® and the Realtors Association of Franklin and Gulf Counties. In addition, I have MLS access to the Emerald Coast Association of REALTORS®. Living in Bay County since 1999 has made me familiar with most of the properties available countywide. I specialize in the Parker, Callaway areas, Northern Bay County including the Southport/Sand Hills/Lake Merial, Fountain area, and the bordering Washington, Holmes, Jackson, and Calhoun County areas.
Although specializing in residential homes, I also list and sell Condominiums and commercial businesses and properties. I am also active in bank foreclosures as well as perform Brokers Price opinions, competitive market analysis, and property condition reports for approximately 10 different companies.
Depending on the individual property, I advertise in the News Herald, Homes and Land, and the Thrifty Nickel. I excel in mass marketing techniques such as mail-outs and Internet communications. My work ethic makes me work hard at getting and servicing your listings or finding the perfect home to give you, the customer, the level of service you deserve whether buying or selling a home.
My real estate career started in 1999. After retiring from a 22-year career in the United States Air Force, I graduated from the Commander School of Real Estate. Then in June of 1999, I passed the State of Florida Real Estate Licensing Examination. The following week, I began working with Century 21, Commander Realty Inc. as a full-time REALTOR. I completed the Century 21 plus training in August of 1999 and my post-licensing requirements within the first six months of obtaining my license. In addition to the required training, I have also completed the Floyd Wickman’s Sweathogs training and obtained the Graduate School Institutes (GRI) designation Degree, Council of Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, E-Pro designation, and Short Sales and Foreclosure (SFR) designation.
You probably already guessed that I value education. In addition to the above, I have an Associate of Science in Avionics System Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and a Masters of Public Administration degree. I have also completed numerous military leadership, quality, and management, and avionics classes.
I am a transplant to Bay County and Florida. I was born in Poland and came to New York City in 1964, where I grew up and then graduated from the New York School of Printing-School of Journalism in 1976. I joined the United States Air Force in 1977 and retired in 1999. I am married to my wonderful wife Denise and have two girls. Caitlin is currently a junior at my alma mater Troy University and Annie, a Senior at Deanne Bozeman High school. I am a former smoker who enjoys fishing, gardening, playing chess, and reading.
